Zombies are very popular now in movies and pop culture, so it was only a matter of time before we got a zombie TV series. As it happens, AMC's "The Walking Dead" is pretty dam good. I've enjoyed it immensely, and the quality is better than many big budget movies. Thus we needed to put together a good rock song soundtrack for the powerful series: songs that would liven up to the show itself.
